The presentation included an explanation on how the 3 port wines differed from one another. The guide named the 3 cheeses that were in front of us. He offered his opinion on his favorite pairing; however, there was no explanation of why one might pair 1 of the cheese samples with 1 of the wine varieties. Further more, when we started the tasting, we were surprised to discover that the cheese platter that was listed as part of the experience, was not there.
